Two bills, and you should know which is which.

Google Ads costs you twice. There's your advertising budget, which goes straight to Google and is yours to set. And there's our fee for building and running the campaign, which is £350 a month.

We spell that out because the worst feeling in this business belongs to somebody who thought the management fee was the advertising. It isn't, and you'll never get a surprise from us on it.

Two bills, and you should know which is which.
Why us

We run our own ads. That's probably how you got here.

It's a fair test of whether somebody can do this work. Are they doing it for themselves?

We only target where you work

There's no sense paying for clicks from Manchester if you cover Craven. We set the radius round the towns you actually take work in.

The landing page matters as much as the ad

Sending paid traffic to a slow page is burning money. Being a web company as well as an ads company earns its keep here.

You keep the account

The Google Ads account is set up in your name. If you ever leave, you take it and all its history with you. Not everybody does that.

What the £350 a month covers

Plus your advertising budget, which you pay Google directly.

Campaign build

Account structure, keywords, ad copy, extensions, and the negative keywords that stop you paying for the wrong clicks.

Local targeting

Radius and town targeting set round where you take work, with a schedule if you only want the phone ringing in office hours.

Conversion tracking

Set up before a penny gets spent, so we can see which clicks turned into enquiries instead of guessing.

Ongoing management

Search terms reviewed, waste cut, bids and copy adjusted. An account nobody manages quietly wastes money.

Landing pages

We point ads at the right page and make sure it opens fast. If it needs building, we can build it.

Plain reporting

What you spent, what came back, what we changed. One page a month.

Getting started with ads

We'd rather start small and prove it works than talk you into a big budget on day one.

Work out whether ads suit you

Some businesses do better with SEO, or by fixing the website first. We'll tell you if that's you, even though it means less work for us.

Set a budget you're comfortable with

We'll tell you roughly what a click costs in your trade and area, and what's realistic at that budget. You pick the number.

Launch, measure, adjust

Tracking goes in first, then the campaign. After a few weeks we know what's working and we cut what isn't.

Questions about Google Ads

Mostly about money, which is fair enough.

Already running ads that aren't working?

Send us the account and the website. We'll tell you where the money's going and whether it can be fixed.

No charge, and if the answer is that ads aren't your problem, we'll say that instead.
