What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: we use Google Analytics to see which pages people find useful, and it only runs if you say yes to the cookie banner. If you fill in a form, we use what you tell us to reply to you. That is the lot.
We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to advertisers, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. The one time we write to someone who has not asked is a single business-to-business note to a company about its own website, and this page explains that.
- Nothing is tracked until you accept the banner
- Form details are used to reply to you and nothing else
- No data is sold or shared with advertisers

What actually gets collected
There are only two ways this website collects anything about you.
Google Analytics
Tells us which pages get read, roughly where visitors are, and what device they used. It sets a cookie to do it. It does not run at all unless you accept the banner, and you can decline without losing anything.
The contact and review forms
Whatever you type in. We use it to reply to you and to produce the report you asked for. It reaches us by email and is not added to any mailing list.
If you reached the review form from one of our Google ads, the form also notes which campaign sent you, so we know which ads are worth paying for. If you accepted the cookie banner, it adds Google's reference for that ad click too. It never records anything else about where you have been.
What we never do
We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or put you on a list. There is no newsletter to be signed up to by accident. If we have ever written to your business out of the blue, it was one message about your own website, and this page says where your details came from and how to stop it.
Changing your mind
Clear this site cookies in your browser and the banner comes back, so you can answer differently. Or email us and we will delete anything we hold about you.
Who else sees it
Google, for the analytics. Our hosting and email providers, because that is how the site and the messages reach us. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Analytics data expires on Google schedule. Emails and enquiries we keep while there is a reason to, then delete.
Questions
If your question is not here, just ask.
No. Decline and the site works exactly the same. The only thing you change is whether we can see that a page was read.
We run our tests against it and write you a report. We do not publish your site or your results anywhere without asking you first.
Yes. Email info@codo.digital and we will tell you, and delete it if you want us to.
Because we found something on your website worth telling you about. We only do this to limited companies, once, and never add anyone to a list. This page has the full explanation and the one-word way to make it stop.
